The sleeves aren't right, the brooch (broach?) isn't supposed to be there and the armour needs more designs but thats as close as your gonna get to Roy.
@SuperCoins and Connell Wow! It's really good! I'm definitely going to want this as a costume! but anyway here's a few tips for the finished version. Other than the stuff that you mentioned you were going to change: You should make the blade of Roy’s sword silver but with a gold line in the middle and could you try to make his hair kinda choppy like what ]EE[ did with Cloud (or just make his hair different from Marth’s) also make his skin tone a little darker, not too dark though, and you will have a near perfect Roy! Thanks!!! It's really good
